Audrey Thompson and Andreas Neumann are both descendants of individuals who were directly affected by World War II. Audrey’s mother, Dr. Edith Eger, is a Holocaust survivor. Her book, The Choice, a New York Times bestseller, chronicles her experiences and the wisdom that grew out of them. Andreas discovered as an adult that his grandfather was a local Nazi leader. Audrey and Andreas met in Lausanne, Switzerland in 2018 at the Institute for Management Development (IMD) and connected over their shared experiences and interests. Together, they bring to this collaborative work their own personal experiences and transformations as well as their professional expertise in positive psychology, transactional analysis, secure-base leadership and advanced group dynamics.
Audrey Eger Thompson
Audrey Thompson has over 20 years of experience designing and delivering leadership programs to organizations in the U.S. and abroad. She is a certified executive and wellness coach and an experienced facilitator working with both individuals and organizations. She holds certifications from Wellcoaches (ICF affiliate), Cooper Institute, Six Sigma, Myers Briggs Personality Inventory (MBTI) and the American College of Lifestyle Medicine.
She has coached for the world-renowned High Performance Leadership Program for Executives at the International Institute of Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne, Switzerland, and the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center.
Audrey holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas, and is a graduate of the highly esteemed Leadership Austin and Leadership Texas programs. “I have had a bird’s eye view of the obstacles that get in the way of personal and organizational success. Andreas Phileas Neumann
Andreas Phileas Neumann is a facilitator, teacher, trainer, executive coach and business consultant. He is an experienced facilitator in secure base leadership and counselling by George Kohlrieser, Ph.D. His fields of expertise include leadership development, dialogue, transformations and change management, and personal and organizational development
including culture and sustainability.
He consults as a senior advisor, specializing in supporting family businesses and corporations with culture and strategy development. He is Consulting Program Manager and Facilitator for the High Performance Leadership program at IMD, Lausanne, Switzerland and has facilitated or directed more than 300 leadership development programs for a variety of training institutions in Europe, Asia and the Americas.
Andreas holds a Master´s Degree in Economics from Goethe-University in Frankfurt and a joint certificate as business mediator from the Law School at the University of St. Gallen, and Center for Understanding in Conflict, New York/San Francisco. He is trained in systemic and transactional analysis, group dynamics, psycho drama and emotion work.
